Pizza

We don't always think of pizza as healthy, but it can be ! Just use reduced fat pizza crust, 2% cheese, turkey pepperoni, and all the veggies you can convince them to eat ! ... Which may be zero lol

I love these, and they are the perfect sweet, yet healthy, treat ! The wooden sticks are a great idea for easy dipping and eating.

    I've decided I need to dedicate a whole post to these sticks! Lol it's coming soon to a browser near you ! This particular one combines strawberries and string cheese. Other options are strawberries w pineapple or marshmallows !

   Rice Krispy treats or a sugar cookie with fruit topping !

These are so cute ! Tortillas cut into hearts and baked with cinnamon sugar !

I love encorporating fruit into a dessert so these are just about perfect!

    The waffle cones have light yogurt and healthy toppings. One option is to freeze them over night and wrap them with pretty paper when they are solid ! The stand they used is also fantastic.

Fruit and veggie art is always a winner ...

    Even if its labor intensive haha. And of course, by all means, put it on a stick when you can ! I also suggest yogurt or ranch for dipping !!!

These all look some what labor intensive and may be a challenge. But, they are adorable.

I finally broke through the plateau on the scale !!!! Woo hoo!? I hate when I work hard eat right and can't get past a number ! BUT!!! I did it!

I thought about losing weight for so long that it became all most laughable ! At this point I'm down about 40 lbs and 4 pants sizes. So.... I'm really glad I took the plunge and Joined Body by Vi when I did. I didn't believe it would work.... BUT IT DID!! This post is an ode to all the crazy, funny ideas out there about how to lose weight !

If I thought this would work I might try it... But drinking a Shake for breakfast is a lot less painful.

And drinking this at the gym defeats the purpose ... But might be necessary to get me through some workouts.

While we're on the subject of drinks ...I have almost completely stopped drinking soda. I occasionally drink one as a splurge. However, I don't think that any good comes from an unhealthy diet and a mega Diet Coke.

This looks like great motivation but possibly a pointless endevour !!! I've known people who actually excercise a certain amount of calories so they can eat a particular item ... I'm not that organized .

Self intimidation or public humiliation isn't the healthiest but might work ... Sometimes ... Lol we have a calendar on the fridge with red and green days for when we stay in our calorie limit !

There's a new trend in using coconut oil to lose weight.... I'm no expert but I just like the sound of it haha

If all else fails you can try this approach ! 100% gauranteed to make the scale move!

Or this chicks approach to just changing clothes and redoing her hair... Pretty effective .

But, I'm pretty much 100% comited to Body By Vi!

Maybe it's the display, but this looks really appetizing and fresh !

Recipe calls for 1/2 cup of yogurt (vanilla, Greek, whatever you like), mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 1/2 scoop of Vi protein mix!

The kiddos were due to start school today.... And then the great snow storm of 2014 happened (I haven't seen any snow though). Now, school is canceled and delayed the next 2 days. So, I'm looking for some motivation. I had set a goal if being more active ! I needed quiet for a few minutes this morning and I thought why not go for a jog/walk. Keep this in mind- I don't jog or run or well anything.

This is me (on what felt like my death bed ) after that attempt. So again I'm looking for some motivation wooahhh motivation :::aged my self there, right ?:::

So that counts in my book as a step in the right direction. I was active even if it was brief ! And I did it with out making excuses !

I'm working on the 20% because the last 39 lbs came off just using Body By Vi ! I haven't exercised in years. ! But I think it's time and I finally feel like I can !

I am going to print this out and put it on my fridge. And, possibly staple it to my forehead !

And, I'll end on a reminder for days that I don't reach my goals!
